What is a SPOTLIGHT?

SOCIAL PROOF are products and services related to a SPOTLIGHT, sold by SPOTLIGHT sellers only after a SPOTLIGHT is sold.

What is SOCIAL PROOF?

## 1. Sign up and go to your dashboard to list your  SPOTLIGHT. 

## 2.You will be emailed when your listing is uploaded and when it is sold. 

## 3. Use WITS' platform to coordinate SPOTLIGHT details with your SPOTLIGHT buyer. 

## 4. Once the SPOTLIGHT is completed, payouts are made direct to your bank account. 

## 5. You have the option to sell SOCIAL PROOF (products related to your SPOTLIGHT). 

## 6. You also have the option to give the SPOTLIGHT buyer a portion of the proceeds.

## 4. Seller can sell products related to their SPOTLIGHT. 

## 5. Seller also has the option to give SPOTLIGHT buyer a portion of the sales proceeds.

WITS auction platform is free to join and free to bid. SPOTLIGHT buyers pay an auction fee- 10% of the winning bid, in addition to the final closing price, plus payment processing, and applicable taxes.
