Buyers can use these experiences directly or have the seller run them, making results easier and faster.

How SPOTLIGHT Works

buy & sell

Sign up for free. Buyers explore operational experiences designed to save time, boost performance, and generate revenue or impact. Sellers list their experiences, set a price, and define any ongoing operator role and compensation.

own & operate

Buyer and seller agree on terms and payment is held in escrow. Full ownership of the experience transfers to the buyer, including all assets and intellectual property. The seller can continue as a hired operator under an agreed management arrangement. Escrow is released once the transfer is verified.

resale & licensing

All revenue generated by an operational experience flows to the buyer. Buyers pay the operator any agreed management fee, if applicable. Platform fees are 20 percent for sales under $250,000 and 12 percent for $250,000 or more. Each experience can also be resold or licensed as SOCIAL PROOF. Revenue from SOCIAL PROOF is divided according to the seller agreement established at the time of the original purchase, creating recurring potential for both buyers and sellers.
